1. Provide a seamless and personalized welcome to guests upon arrival, ensuring the security and cleanliness of the parking area and vehicles.
2. Maintain an attentive and elegant presence in the outdoor waiting lounge and parking area.
3. Foster discreet and attentive relationships with guests, responding to their specific requests and actively collecting their preferences.
4. Execute errands requested by or for guests with precision and promptness.
5. Manage the parking, security, and cleanliness of guest vehicles, including the cleaning and restocking of courtesy vehicles.
6. Master regional routes and travel times to ensure efficient and smooth service.
7. Deploy Cheval Blanc amenities in each vehicle to enhance the guest experience.
8. Coordinate the Consigne service in collaboration with the storeroom and distribute mail to guests and ambassadors promptly.
9. Communicate daily information regarding VIP guests and daily activities, including arrivals, departures, visits, and events.
10. Participate in the daily entry of guest preferences to enrich the Cardex.
11. Compile service needs for weekly storeroom orders and monthly inventories with accuracy and responsibility.
12. Submit technical intervention requests via KnowCross to report any non-compliance issues.

1. Higher education in Hotel Management or Business Administration
2. Sales and communication skills
3. Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector

1. Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
2. Proficiency in a third language is appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese)
3. Valid driver's license (Category B) and BSR is a plus
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
5. Familiarity with Leading Quality Assurance standards is appreciated

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
