- Provide a seamless and personalized welcome to guests upon arrival, ensuring the security and cleanliness of the parking area and vehicles.
- Maintain an attentive and elegant presence in the outdoor waiting lounge and parking area.
- Foster discreet and attentive relationships with guests, responding to their specific requests and actively collecting their preferences.
- Execute errands requested by or for guests with precision and promptness.
- Manage the parking, security, and cleanliness of guest vehicles, including the cleaning and restocking of courtesy vehicles.
- Master regional routes and travel times to ensure efficient and smooth service.
- Deploy Cheval Blanc amenities in each vehicle to enhance the guest experience.
- Coordinate the Consigne service in collaboration with the storeroom and distribute mail to guests and ambassadors promptly.
- Communicate daily information regarding VIP guests and daily activities, including arrivals, departures, visits, and events.
- Participate in the daily entry of guest preferences to enrich the Cardex.
- Compile service needs for weekly storeroom orders and monthly inventories with accuracy and responsibility.
- Submit technical intervention requests via KnowCross to report any non-compliance issues.
- Higher education in Hotel Management or Business Administration
- Sales and communication skills
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in a third language is appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese)
- Valid driver's license (Category B) and BSR is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Leading Quality Assurance standards is appreciated
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Higher education in Hotel Management or Business Administration
