1. Facilitate seamless service between the point of sale and various service areas including the restaurant, bar, and lounge.
2. Clean and set up the point of sale in accordance with hotel procedures.
3. Assist in the service of food and beverages.
4. Prepare hot drinks, juices, and assorted beverages, as well as breakfast items like pastries and toasts.
5. Clear and clean during service times.
6. Maintain and clean service equipment.
7. Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding departments.
8. Promote the hotel's dining venues and culinary events.
