1. Assist Commis and Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
2. Maintain hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP regulations.
3. Prepare and organize the service area, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup.
4. Manage the supply and inventory of the service area to ensure seamless service delivery.

1. Basic vocational training in hospitality (BEP/CAP/BAC PRO/Licence) or equivalent.
2. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments.
3. Previous experience in a similar setting is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards.
2. Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
3. Mastery of service techniques.
4. Passion for gastronomy and attention to detail.
5. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Entry-level experience, including internships or positions in similar establishments, is beneficial.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO/Licence in Hospitality or equivalent.

Accommodation and meals provided for the duration of the internship. Uniform provided and laundered. Transportation costs covered (100€ each way). Potential bicycle loan under conditions. Work with passionate teams.
