1. Coordinate personalized in-room experiences, ensuring attention to detail and client preferences.
2. Collaborate with housekeeping to maintain high standards of room presentation.
3. Anticipate and address guest requests, ensuring seamless communication with operational departments.
4. Contribute to the management of guest complaints and enhance the unique service offerings of Cheval Blanc St-Tropez.
5. Prepare and coordinate personalized cards and gifts, ensuring elegance and timeliness.
6. Develop daily accommodation reports and analyze operational needs.
7. Support talent development by assisting department heads in defining and evaluating training objectives.

1. Higher education in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
2. Proficiency in English and French; a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese is advantageous.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards.

1. Strong sales and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Knowledge of Opera Cloud and 7Rooms is beneficial.
4. Understanding of Leading Quality Assurance standards is appreciated.
