1. Collaborate closely with the Director of Apartments and Quality to ensure adherence to Cheval Blanc's service standards.
2. Implement, monitor, and update service procedures and standards at Cheval Blanc Paris.
3. Maintain and communicate the performance dashboards to operational teams.
4. Conduct daily follow-ups on guest feedback via email and social media.
5. Monitor results from mystery guest visits within the establishment.
6. Assist in developing a Quality Action Plan with the Quality Director and operational teams.
7. Support the General Housekeeper, her deputy, and the property manager as needed.
8. Report any safety or accident risk situations to the hierarchy.

1. Final-year student in a business school or hotel management program.
2. Knowledge of luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments.

4. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and precision.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

No prior experience required, but significant experience in a similar high-standard establishment is advantageous.

Final-year student in a business school or hotel management program.
