- Master the menu, beverages, and wine offerings, demonstrating proficiency in upselling and wine sales.
- Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance revenue and provide thorough assistance to guests regarding general inquiries and special orders.
- Collaborate closely with the Room Service team to achieve the highest quality for the division.

- Maximize In Villa Dining revenue through innovative upselling techniques and the promotion of special guest activities.
- Ensure Room Service operations function effectively as a cohesive team to provide seamless service across all operations.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and complete communication with Sommeliers and Receptionists.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of people and a genuine interest in the food and beverage sector.
- Maintain consistent performance standards, regardless of operational busyness.
- Respect guest privacy when accessing guest floors.
- Ensure a clean and elegant appearance at all times.
- Familiarize with all electrical and mechanical equipment, observing safety precautions during use.
- Ensure mise-en-place is complete before maintenance.
- Handle all phone calls and reservations with minimal supervision in the absence of a Hostess or as needed.
- Take orders and clear trays and other dining utensils from guest villas if they belong to In Villa Dining.
- Perform setting, cleaning, and resetting of trays and equipment.
- Report maintenance failures.
- Recognize regular guests.
- Responsible for mise-en-place before opening.
- Be aware of guest allergies and preferences, ensuring this information is communicated to all ambassadors.
- Ensure food and service quality meets established standards.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in luxury hospitality.
- Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Proficiency in upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
