- Contribute to enhancing the employer brand and developing internal communication strategies.
- Participate in the animation of the employee restaurant, 'Table des Ambassadeurs', including thematic menus and digital displays.
- Create photo and video content for internal events.
- Manage and update the Maison's bulletin boards with weekly menus, events, and announcements.
- Develop printed and digital materials for the Human Resources department aimed at Ambassadors.
- Update and improve existing communication materials such as visas, memos, and presentations.
- Design an internal newsletter to communicate HR initiatives.
- Coordinate the decorative arrangement of common areas to highlight the employer brand and recognize Ambassadors.
- Assist the Training and Ambassador Life Manager with various internal communication tasks.
- Serve as a liaison with LVMH HM headquarters for the dissemination of Ambassador content on social media.
- Propose innovative ideas for internal communication in line with the Cheval Blanc Collection's guidelines.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Communication, Marketing, or Human Resources.
- Strong interest in the hospitality sector.
- Excellent writing skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in digital tools and content creation software such as Canva, Photoshop, and video editing tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent listening skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Dynamic and proactive attitude.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
