1. Contribute to enhancing the employer brand and developing internal communication strategies.
2. Participate in the animation of the employee restaurant, 'Table des Ambassadeurs', including thematic menus and digital displays.
3. Create photo and video content for internal events.
4. Manage and update the Maison's bulletin boards with weekly menus, events, and announcements.
5. Develop printed and digital materials for the Human Resources department aimed at Ambassadors.
6. Update and improve existing communication materials such as visas, memos, and presentations.
7. Design an internal newsletter to communicate HR initiatives.
8. Coordinate the decorative arrangement of common areas to highlight the employer brand and recognize Ambassadors.
9. Assist the Training and Ambassador Life Manager with various internal communication tasks.
10. Serve as a liaison with LVMH HM headquarters for the dissemination of Ambassador content on social media.
11. Propose innovative ideas for internal communication in line with the Cheval Blanc Collection's guidelines.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Communication, Marketing, or Human Resources.
2. Strong interest in the hospitality sector.

1. Excellent writing skills and creativity.
2. Proficiency in digital tools and content creation software such as Canva, Photoshop, and video editing tools.
3. Familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent listening skills and interpersonal abilities.
6. Dynamic and proactive attitude.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
