1. Contribute to the enhancement of the employer brand and the development of internal communication strategies.
2. Participate in the animation of the staff restaurant, including digital displays and themed menus.
3. Create photo and video content for internal events.
4. Manage and update the Maison's bulletin boards with weekly menus, events, and announcements.
5. Develop printed and digital materials for the Human Resources department and Ambassadors.
6. Update and improve existing communication materials such as visas, memos, and presentations.
7. Design an internal newsletter to communicate HR initiatives.
8. Coordinate the decorative arrangement of common areas to highlight the employer brand and recognize Ambassadors.
9. Assist the Training and Ambassador Life Officer with various internal communication tasks.
10. Liaise with LVMH headquarters for the dissemination of content on Ambassador social media platforms.
11. Propose innovative ideas for internal communication while adhering to the Cheval Blanc Collection's guidelines.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or Human Resources.
2. Strong interest in the hospitality sector.

1. Excellent writing skills and creative mindset.
2. Proficiency in digital tools and content creation software such as Canva, Photoshop, and video editing tools.
3. Familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Effective listening skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
6. Dynamic and proactive approach.

No prior experience required; ideal for beginners.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
