- Contribute to enhancing the employer brand and developing internal communication strategies.
 - Participate in the animation of the employee restaurant, including thematic menus and digital displays.
 - Create photo and video content for internal events.
 - Manage and update internal communication boards with weekly menus, events, and announcements.
 - Develop printed and digital materials for the Human Resources department and employees.
 - Update and improve existing communication materials such as visas, memos, and presentations.
 - Design an internal newsletter to communicate HR activities.
 - Coordinate the decorative setup of common areas to highlight the employer brand and ambassador recognition.
 - Assist the Training and Ambassador Life Officer in various internal communication tasks.
 - Liaise with LVMH HM headquarters for social media content distribution for ambassadors.
 - Propose innovative ideas for internal communication while adhering to the Cheval Blanc Collection guidelines.
 
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or Human Resources.
 - Strong interest in the hospitality sector.
 
- Excellent writing skills and creative mindset.
 - Proficiency in digital content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and video editing software.
 - Familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
 - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 - Effective listening skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
 - Dynamic and proactive attitude.
 
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
