- Contribute to the enhancement of the employer brand and the development of internal communication strategies.
- Participate in the animation of the staff restaurant, including thematic menu displays.
- Create photo and video content during internal events.
- Manage and update the Maison's bulletin boards with weekly menus, events, and announcements.
- Develop printed and digital materials for the Human Resources department and Ambassadors.
- Update and improve existing communication materials such as visas, memos, and presentations.
- Design an internal newsletter to communicate HR activities.
- Coordinate the decorative arrangement of common areas to highlight the employer brand and ambassador recognition.
- Assist the Training and Ambassador Life Manager with various internal communication tasks.
- Liaise with LVMH HM headquarters for the dissemination of content on Ambassador social media platforms.
- Propose innovative ideas for internal communication while adhering to the Cheval Blanc Collection's guidelines.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or Human Resources with a keen interest in the hospitality sector.
- Excellent writing skills and creative mindset.
- Interest in digital media and proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and video editing software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective listening skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Dynamic and proactive attitude.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in a relevant field.
