1. Coordinate recruitment event logistics and participate as needed.
2. Oversee the hiring process, including job offers, administrative management, and onboarding.
3. Monitor probationary periods and conduct exit interviews.
4. Manage social media content dissemination according to the defined schedule.
5. Collaborate closely with other department heads.
6. Ensure administrative management of staff, including temporary and intern personnel, in compliance with hotel procedures.
7. Maintain compliance with labor laws and work permits.
8. Liaise with social organizations and manage social dashboards and annual reports.
9. Ensure employees have necessary work equipment.
10. Participate in disciplinary case management.
11. Engage in talent retention and training initiatives.
12. Coordinate HR communication and ensure adherence to group standards.
13. Support the Regional HR Director in common social and HR matters.
14. Assist with the opening process at the St-Tropez site.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven track record in HR management within the luxury hospitality sector.

Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources management, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
