1. Welcome and support new Ambassadors ensuring seamless integration in line with Cheval Blanc standards.
2. Manage personnel files including creation, updates, and regulatory compliance.
3. Develop and update essential HR documents such as contracts and certificates.
4. Oversee personnel entry and exit processes, including inventory and checklist validation.
5. Collaborate with operational managers to anticipate staffing needs and support internal movements.
6. Participate in logistical management of uniforms, badges, and supplies for Ambassadors.
7. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data in information systems, adhering to legal obligations and Maison values.
8. Animate internal life by creating shared moments and events for Ambassadors.
9. Propose initiatives to enhance team cohesion, motivation, and talent retention.
10. Contribute to internal communication through official channels.
11. Animate internal and external networks, highlighting achievements and events.

1. Higher education in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
2. Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector is appreciated.
3. Previous experience in administration, HR, or hospitality is an advantage.

1. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.
3. Ability to organize, prioritize, and process information accurately.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates with some exposure to administration, HR, or hospitality.

Higher education in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
