- Welcome and support new Ambassadors ensuring seamless integration in line with Cheval Blanc standards.
- Manage personnel files including creation, updates, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and update essential HR documents such as contracts and certificates.
- Oversee personnel entry and exit processes, including inventory and checklist validation.
- Collaborate with operational managers to anticipate staffing needs and support internal movements.
- Participate in logistical management of uniforms, badges, and supplies for Ambassadors.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data in information systems, adhering to legal obligations and Maison values.
- Animate internal life by creating shared moments and events for Ambassadors.
- Propose initiatives to enhance team cohesion, motivation, and talent retention.
- Contribute to internal communication through official channels.
- Animate internal and external networks, highlighting achievements and events.
- Higher education in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector is appreciated.
- Previous experience in administration, HR, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and process information accurately.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates with some exposure to administration, HR, or hospitality.
Higher education in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
