1. Assist the Human Resources Director in supporting teams with care and discretion, contributing to the development and cohesion of the Ambassador community.
2. Welcome and guide new Ambassadors, ensuring a seamless and tailored integration in line with Cheval Blanc standards.
3. Prepare and update essential professional documents such as contracts, amendments, attestations, and certificates, ensuring detail and compliance.
4. Manage HR data meticulously within information systems, respecting legal obligations and company values.
5. Communicate internal information elegantly across various channels, strengthening the company culture.
6. Participate in key recruitment stages, including drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and tracking applications.

1. Higher education in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
2. Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector is appreciated.
3. Initial experience in administration, HR, or hospitality is a plus.

1. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
3. Ability to organize, prioritize, and process information with precision.
