1. Welcome and support new Ambassadors with warmth and precision, ensuring a seamless integration in line with Cheval Blanc standards.
2. Develop and update essential HR documents such as contracts, amendments, attestations, certificates, and end-of-contract documents.
3. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data in information systems, adhering to legal obligations and the values of the Maison.
4. Contribute to internal communication by disseminating information through official channels (displays, internal screens, digital groups).
5. Participate in recruitment processes including job descriptions, interviews, and candidate follow-up.

1. Higher education in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
2. Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector is appreciated.
3. Initial experience in administration, HR, or hospitality is a plus.

1. Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
3. Ability to organize, prioritize, and process information with precision.

Entry-level position suitable for individuals with initial experience in administration, HR, or hospitality.

Higher education in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
