1. Coordinate recruitment event logistics and participate as needed, including job fairs and dedicated recruitment days.
2. Manage the hiring process, including job offers, administrative onboarding, and integration programs.
3. Monitor probation periods and conduct exit interviews.
4. Disseminate engaging content on social media in accordance with the defined schedule.
5. Collaborate closely with other department heads.
6. Oversee administrative management of staff, temporary workers, and interns, ensuring compliance with hotel procedures.
7. Ensure all employees comply with legal requirements and possess necessary work and residency permits.
8. Interface with social organizations and contribute to the development of social dashboards and mandatory annual reports.
9. Ensure employees have necessary work equipment, including uniforms and access passes.
10. Participate in managing disciplinary files.
11. Support initiatives to retain and train ambassadors within the Maison.
12. Coordinate HR communications and ensure adherence to group standards.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
