- Coordinate recruitment event logistics and participate as needed.
- Manage the hiring process including administrative tasks, onboarding, and integration.
- Monitor probation periods and conduct exit interviews.
- Disseminate social media content according to the defined schedule.
- Collaborate closely with other department heads.
- Ensure administrative management of personnel, including temporary staff and interns, following hotel procedures.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and work permits.
- Interface with social organizations.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of social dashboards and mandatory annual reports.
- Ensure employees have necessary work materials such as uniforms and passes.
- Participate in the management of disciplinary files.
- Engage in talent retention activities and training coordination.
- Ensure adherence to group standards.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record in human resources management.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources management, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
