1. Coordinate recruitment event logistics and participate as needed.
2. Manage the hiring process, including job offers, administrative tasks, and onboarding.
3. Monitor probation periods and conduct exit interviews.
4. Disseminate social media content according to the defined schedule.
5. Collaborate closely with other department heads.
6. Oversee administrative management of personnel, including temporary staff and interns.
7. Ensure compliance with legal and work permit requirements.
8. Interface with social organizations and maintain social dashboards.
9. Manage disciplinary files and ensure staff have necessary work materials.
10. Participate in talent retention and training initiatives.
11. Coordinate HR communication and ensure adherence to group standards.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
