1. Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Organize and participate in mass recruitment activities for pre-opening hotel projects.
3. Ensure compliance with local and state laws and company policies during hiring processes.
4. Prepare weekly quality commitment reports.
5. Organize and manage birthday celebrations, including cards and gifts.
6. Prepare orientation materials for new hires.
7. Support special HR projects such as cross-training calendars and team-building activities.
8. Create promotional materials for HR activities.
9. Maintain and update personnel files in HR Information Systems.
10. Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records.
11. Inform HR management of employee relations issues.
12. Train new hires on HR processes and policies.
13. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
14. Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
15. Handle communications with the Italian Government regarding casual workers.
16. Manage HR files and track staff badges, pins, keys, and lockers.
17. Assist in finalizing fire and first aid trainings.

1. University student passionate about Hospitality HR.

1. Ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment.
2. Detail-oriented, structured, and organized.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Strong analytical and numeracy skills.

Beginner level experience in HR or related fields is required.
