1. Ensure all assigned floors meet the hotel's cleanliness standards across all areas of responsibility.
2. Maintain general upkeep of the assigned guest floor sections.
3. Identify and report any missing, damaged, or substandard furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
4. Manage furniture movements, curtain handling, guest requests, and setup of rollaway beds and cribs on assigned guest floors.
5. Distribute daily linen for rollaway beds.
6. Maintain and clean room humidifiers according to the scheduled calendar, and collect and store hotel-issued equipment when retrieved from rooms.
7. Inventory and maintain hotel-issued equipment, reporting any missing or damaged items to managers or supervisors.
8. Move and remove furniture in both guest and office areas, and assist with guest linen labeling, sorting, and delivery when laundry staff is unavailable.
9. Fulfill any guest requests, such as laundry pickup, toiletry delivery, and other services.
10. Prepare all guest-requested items prior to their arrival.
11. Support room attendants by maintaining proper supplies and linen sets in closets and delivering these supplies to floors as needed.
12. Operate SMS and mobile phones efficiently, adhering to commitments promptly.
13. Inform the coordinator of any unusual events as soon as possible.
14. Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the department head.
