1. Supervise and ensure the cleanliness and preparation of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces to guarantee guest satisfaction.
2. Manage and coordinate the daily cleaning operations of rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and service areas.
3. Oversee the replenishment of linens and toiletries in guest rooms.
4. Conduct thorough inspections to ensure room functionality and adherence to the Maison's standards.
5. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Manager.
6. Ensure rooms are prepared for the night according to the Maison's service standards.
7. Organize and manage the supply of cleaning and guest amenities.
8. Optimize team productivity by anticipating and organizing tasks efficiently.
9. Respond to guest requests and collaborate with the Butler service to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
10. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
11. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.

1. Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
2. Relevant qualifications such as BTS in Hospitality Management or equivalent.

4. Attention to detail and precision.
5. Flexibility, availability, and team spirit.
6. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
7. Familiarity with Opera software.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry is required.

BTS in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualifications such as CAP or BP in Hotel Services.
