- Supervise and ensure the cleanliness and preparation of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate the daily cleaning operations of rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and service areas.
- Oversee the replenishment of linens and toiletries in guest rooms.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure room functionality and adherence to the Maison's standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Ensure rooms are prepared for the night according to the Maison's service standards.
- Organize and manage the supply of cleaning and guest amenities.
- Optimize team productivity by anticipating and organizing tasks efficiently.
- Respond to guest requests and collaborate with the Butler service to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Relevant qualifications such as BTS in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and customer service orientation.
- Clear and positive communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Flexibility, availability, and team spirit.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with Opera software.
- Organizational skills and initiative.
- Creativity and an eye for interior decoration.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry is required.
BTS in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualifications such as CAP or BP in Hotel Services.
