1. Direct and oversee the housekeeping operations of rooms and villas to ensure guest satisfaction objectives are met.
2. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the Maison.
3. Collaborate effectively with team members, guests, and other departments within the Maison.
4. Implement housekeeping best practices, procedures, and standards.
5. Manage housekeeping inventory, including cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
2. Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in housekeeping best practices and standards.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
5. Leadership skills to inspire and instill pride among the housekeeping team.
6. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
