1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hotel housekeeping.

1. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
2. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Opera software.
3. Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
5. Outstanding service orientation.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector is required.
