1. Ensure impeccable room service quality and guest satisfaction, embodying Cheval Blanc's elegance and attention.
2. Manage and coordinate guest requests with various departments, handling feedback with discretion and empathy.
3. Collect and record guest preferences to personalize experiences and enhance guest knowledge.
4. Support housekeeping teams in maintaining room and suite cleanliness, stepping in as needed.
5. Prepare schedules and service sheets, inspect rooms daily, and ensure presentation, technical condition, and cleanliness in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper.
6. Prepare guest gifts with care and delicacy.
7. Participate in welcome rituals, luggage service, and personalized touches such as bath rituals.
8. Assist in the administrative onboarding and follow-up of service Ambassadors.
9. Contribute to the drafting, updating, and application of SOPs and job descriptions, as well as managing weekly requisitions and inventories.
10. Ensure rigorous use of Opera Cloud in daily operations.

1. Higher education in Hotel Management or Housekeeping training.
2. Ability to manage stress and that of others.
3. Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.

1. Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Familiarity with Opera Cloud and Knowcross (preferred).
4. Understanding of Leading Quality Assurance standards (preferred).

Beginner level experience in luxury hospitality is required.

Higher education in Hotel Management or Housekeeping training.
