1. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest villas, including private pools and service stations.
2. Report to work punctually with a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, dressed in a clean and pressed uniform as per Hotel Pitrizza standards.
3. Participate in daily departmental briefings before commencing shifts.
4. Attend all staff meetings and training sessions as directed by the Assistant Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisor.
5. Receive daily worksheets and information on daily movements and tasks, along with the schedule.
6. Collect all necessary linens, services, and supplies required for the day's assignments.
7. Ensure all cleaning equipment, chemicals, and materials are stocked and readily available in the designated cleaning offices.
8. Monitor daily arrivals in coordination with the respective housekeeping supervisor.
9. Clean entire villas and provide all services and supplies to occupied villas within the department's timeline.
10. Ensure all vacant villas are cleaned and ready for guest occupancy, collaborating with gardeners to maintain clean outdoor spaces.

1. Diploma in hotel management or equivalent training.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel or similar sector.
3. Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages preferred.
4. Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
