1. Ensure the daily cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas including corridors and service offices.
2. Replenish rooms with fresh linens and toiletries.
3. Conduct thorough checks of room functionalities as per hotel procedures.
4. Report any defects or damages to the Floor Supervisor.
5. Prepare rooms for the night according to hotel standards.
6. Maintain optimal stock levels on service carts with necessary cleaning and guest supplies.
7. Respond to guest requests and communicate their needs to Butlers and Supervisors.
8. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.
