1. Perform daily cleaning and preparation of guest rooms and common areas, including corridors and service offices, to ensure guest satisfaction.
2. Replenish rooms with clean linens and toiletries.
3. Inspect room functionalities and report any defects or damages to the Floor Supervisor.
4. Prepare rooms for the night according to hotel procedures and service standards.
5. Ensure optimal stocking of carts with necessary amenities and cleaning supplies.
6. Respond to guest requests and communicate their needs to the Butlers.
7. Report any abnormal situations concerning guest or colleague safety to the hierarchy.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry is required.
