1. Perform daily cleaning and preparation of guest rooms and common areas, including corridors and offices, to ensure guest satisfaction.
2. Replenish rooms with fresh linens and toiletries.
3. Inspect room functionalities and report any defects or damages to the Floor Supervisor.
4. Prepare rooms for the night according to hotel procedures and service standards.
5. Ensure cleaning carts are adequately stocked with necessary amenities and cleaning supplies.
6. Respond to guest requests and communicate their needs to the Butlers and Housekeeping Supervisors.
7. Report any unusual situations concerning safety or potential accidents to management.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry is required.
