3. Coordinate efficiently between the dining area and kitchen to ensure smooth service, communicating all necessary information for a successful meal.
4. Handle guest requests with promptness and professionalism, anticipating needs and resolving issues discreetly and effectively.

1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration (BAC +4/5)
2. Minimum of 2 years of confirmed experience in a similar position

1. Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
2. Proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is appreciated
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
4. Familiarity with Opera Cloud and 7Rooms is appreciated
5. Knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance standards is appreciated

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
