1. Provide a warm and refined welcome to guests at the restaurant, embodying the Art of Hospitality.
2. Assist the F&B Manager in creating an exceptional guest experience from the outset.
3. Offer personalized and attentive service, guiding guests to their tables or desired spaces.
4. Anticipate guest needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout their experience.
5. Handle reservation requests via phone, email, or in person, optimizing space occupancy while considering specific guest needs.
6. Maintain rigorous administrative follow-up of reservations, effectively communicating with relevant teams and coordinating group requests.
7. Act as an Ambassador of the Maison, contributing to a memorable experience from arrival to departure, including promoting the restaurants and events organized by Cheval Blanc.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in hospitality/restaurant management or equivalent.
2. Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
3. First experience (internship or position) in a similar establishment.

1. Fluent in English and French (oral and written).
2. Proficiency in a third language is appreciated.
3. Knowledge of the Seven Rooms tool.
4. Exemplary interpersonal and service skills.
5. Flexibility, adaptability, and team spirit.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environment.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in hospitality/restaurant management or equivalent.
