1. Provide a warm and refined welcome to guests at the restaurant.
2. Assist the F&B Manager by embodying the art of hospitality and contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
3. Offer personalized and attentive service, guiding guests to their tables or desired spaces.
4. Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
5. Manage reservation requests via phone, email, or in person, optimizing space occupancy while considering specific guest needs.
6. Maintain meticulous administrative follow-up on reservations, communicating effectively with relevant teams and coordinating group requests.
7. Act as an ambassador for the Maison, promoting the restaurants and dining events organized by Cheval Blanc.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in hospitality/restaurant management or LEA
2. Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
3. Previous experience (internship or position) in a similar establishment

1. Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
2. Proficiency in a third language is appreciated
3. Familiarity with Seven Rooms software
4. Strong interpersonal and service skills
5. Adaptability and flexibility
6. Team-oriented mindset

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in hospitality/restaurant management or LEA
