- Welcome and assist clients both in person and over the phone, ensuring adherence to established hotel procedures.
- Ensure optimal client satisfaction throughout the service experience.
- Promote the restaurant and events organized by the hotel.
- Master the operations of the assigned restaurant and other services within the establishment.
- Manage reservations through various channels including phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide a seamless physical and telephonic reception experience, including client placement.
- Guarantee high-quality service to foster client loyalty.
- Recognize and acknowledge regular clientele.
- Oversee the management of the restaurant and bar cloakrooms.
- Handle the administrative follow-up of reservations via email.
- Coordinate group meal arrangements in collaboration with kitchen teams.
- Maintain daily oversight of all restaurant reservations.
- Optimize restaurant occupancy based on capacity and demand.
- Ensure effective communication of information to team members and coordinate client requests with other departments.
- Participate in the management of restaurant menus, including creation, modification, and printing.
- Report any unusual situations concerning client or colleague safety to management.
- Promote the hotel's services and products, as well as those of Cheval Blanc properties.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred establishments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or a fine dining environment.
BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
