- Ensure the welcoming of guests both over the phone and in-person at the restaurant according to established hotel procedures.
- Maintain optimal client satisfaction throughout the service.
- Promote the restaurant's offerings and events organized by the hotel.
- Master the knowledge of the restaurant and other dining services within the establishment.
- Handle reservations via phone, email, internet, and in-person, providing tailored responses to client needs.
- Manage physical and telephonic guest reception and seating arrangements.
- Guarantee high-quality service to each client and contribute to customer loyalty.
- Recognize and acknowledge regular clientele.
- Oversee the management of the restaurant and bar cloakrooms.
- Administer the administrative follow-up of reservations via email.
- Coordinate administrative tasks for group meals in collaboration with the kitchen teams.
- Conduct daily follow-ups on all reservations for the venue.
- Optimize restaurant occupancy according to periods and capacities.
- Facilitate effective communication of information to team members and coordinate client requests with other departments at Cheval Blanc Paris.
- Participate in the management of restaurant menus (creation, modification, printing).
- Inform management of any 'abnormal' situations concerning client or colleague safety or accident risks.
- Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc establishments.
- BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BAC PRO in Hospitality
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
- Excellent verbal and written communication

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar environment is required.
