1. Welcome and assist guests both in-person and via telephone, ensuring adherence to hotel protocols.
2. Promote dining venues and culinary events within the hotel.
3. Manage reservations through various channels, ensuring client needs are met.
4. Provide exemplary service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Recognize and accommodate regular clientele.
6. Oversee the maintenance of restaurant and bar cloakrooms.
7. Coordinate administrative tasks related to reservations and group dining in collaboration with kitchen teams.
8. Optimize restaurant occupancy based on capacity and demand.
9. Facilitate seamless communication and coordination with other departments within Cheval Blanc Paris.
10. Participate in the management of restaurant menus, including creation and modification.
11. Report any safety or accident risks to management.
12. Promote the hotel's services and products.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants

1. Proficiency in English
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
4. Attention to detail and organizational skills
5. Ability to work under pressure in high-flow environments
6. Proficiency in Sevenrooms and Microsoft Office Suite
7. Teamwork and initiative-taking abilities

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar environment is required.
