- Ensure exemplary client reception both telephonically and in-person, adhering to the hotel's established procedures.
- Strive for optimal client satisfaction throughout the service experience.
- Promote the hotel's dining venues and organized culinary events.
- Master the operations of the designated restaurant and other services within the Maison.
- Manage reservations via telephone, email, internet, and in-person, providing tailored responses to client needs.
- Simultaneously handle physical and telephonic client greetings, ensuring proper client placement.
- Guarantee high-quality service to each client and contribute to client loyalty.
- Recognize and acknowledge regular clientele.
- Maintain the restaurant and bar cloakroom.
- Oversee the administrative follow-up of reservations via email.
- Collaborate with kitchen teams for group meal arrangements.
- Monitor daily reservations for the venue.
- Optimize restaurant occupancy based on period and capacity.
- Facilitate seamless communication of information across teams and coordinate client requests with other services at Cheval Blanc Paris.
- Assist in the management of restaurant menus, including creation, modification, and printing.
- Report any unusual situations concerning client or colleague safety to management.
- Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc Maisons.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environments
- Proficiency in oral and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar environment is required.
BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
