1. Deliver a warm and refined welcome to guests at the restaurant.
2. Assist the F&B Manager by embodying the art of hospitality and contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
3. Provide personalized and attentive service, guiding guests to their tables or desired spaces.
4. Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout their experience.
5. Manage reservation requests via phone, email, or in person, optimizing space occupancy while considering specific guest needs.
6. Maintain rigorous administrative follow-up of reservations, effectively communicating with relevant teams and coordinating group requests.
7. Act as an ambassador for the Maison, creating memorable experiences from arrival to departure and promoting the restaurant and events.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in hospitality or restaurant services, or LEA
2. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
3. First experience (internship or position) in a similar establishment

1. Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
2. Proficiency in a third language is appreciated
3. Knowledge of Seven Rooms software
4. Exemplary interpersonal and service skills
5. Noted for availability, flexibility, and adaptability
6. Renowned team spirit

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or fine dining.
