1. Assist the point of sale manager with daily operations.
2. Perform administrative tasks related to project development for internship objectives.
3. Support point of sale operations to gain practical experience.
4. Clean and set up the point of sale according to hotel procedures.
5. Participate in the service of food and beverages.
6. Clear and clean during service operations.
7. Maintain and clean service equipment.
8. Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding departments.
9. Ensure optimal supply conditions for the point of sale.
10. Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
11. Promote hotel services and Cheval Blanc properties.
12. Report any abnormal situations regarding safety or accident risks to management.
13. Prepare internal reporting documents.

1. Pursuing or completed education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
4. Strong understanding of gastronomy.
5. Proficiency in computer tools.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros is advantageous.
8. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in or completed a program in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
