1. Extensive knowledge of luxury hospitality sector.
2. BTS in Hospitality and Catering, or equivalent qualifications such as BAC in Hospitality Technology, BP in Housekeeping, or CAP in Hotel Services.

1. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
2. Mastery of Opera Cloud software.
3. Keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
4. Rigorous, methodical, and well-groomed appearance.
5. Tactful and pedagogical to maintain team harmony.
6. Strong organizational skills and initiative.
7. Creative with a sense of interior decoration.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.

BTS in Hospitality and Catering or equivalent.
