- Welcome guests to the bar area in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Advise guests on cocktail and spirit selections to enhance their experience.
- Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Promote the bar and restaurant events within the hotel and across Cheval Blanc properties.
- Set up, organize, and maintain the bar area efficiently.
- Manage stock levels and ensure proper inventory control.
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages as requested by guests.
- Take orders, relay them accurately, and serve food and drinks following hotel standards.
- Clear and reset tables promptly.
- Present bills and process payments according to hotel procedures.
- Promote various hotel services and products.
- Perform cleaning duties as per hotel standards.
- Supervise and guide junior staff members.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Assist in managing linens and supplies.
- Contribute to the development and updating of the bar menu.
- Ensure effective internal communication within the service team.
- Adhere to and enforce hygiene and safety regulations, including alcohol and tobacco consumption laws.
- Report any safety or accident risks to management.
- Diploma in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
- MC Barman certification
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining
- Strong gastronomic culture
- Proficiency in computer tools
- Excellent interpersonal and representational skills
