1. Welcome guests to the bar area in accordance with hotel procedures.
2. Advise guests on cocktail and spirit selections to enhance their experience.
3. Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
4. Promote the bar and restaurant events within the hotel and across Cheval Blanc properties.
5. Set up, organize, and maintain the bar area efficiently.
6. Manage stock levels and ensure proper inventory control.
7. Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages as requested by guests.
8. Take orders, relay them accurately, and serve food and drinks following hotel standards.
9. Clear and reset tables promptly.
10. Present bills and process payments according to hotel procedures.
11. Promote various hotel services and products.
12. Perform cleaning duties as per hotel standards.
13. Supervise and guide junior staff members.
14. Participate in inventory management.
15. Assist in managing linens and supplies.
16. Contribute to the development and updating of the bar menu.
17. Ensure effective internal communication within the service team.
18. Adhere to and enforce hygiene and safety regulations, including alcohol and tobacco consumption laws.
19. Report any safety or accident risks to management.

1. Diploma in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
2. MC Barman certification
3. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
4. Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining
5. Strong gastronomic culture
6. Proficiency in computer tools
