2. Receive and manage lost and found items reported by Floor Housekeepers.
3. Handle special guest requests, ensuring all specific requirements are met.
4. Update guest profiles to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Participate in staff recruitment and training, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
6. Welcome and train new employees on company operations.
7. Ensure compliance with standards, safety, and hygiene directives.
8. Supervise the training of room attendants and porters, focusing on cleaning product usage and procedures.
9. Develop and oversee staff schedules, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
10. Conduct quality checks of the property, ensuring adherence to standards and proper maintenance.
11. Participate in the preparation of annual service budgets and manage service invoices.

1. Minimum 2 years as a General Housekeeper.
2. 5 years of experience in luxury hotel housekeeping.
3. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
4. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

2. Strong leadership and team development skills.
3. Attention to detail and precision.
4. Excellent customer service orientation.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
