1. Supervise housekeeping staff, including floor supervisors and laundry teams.
2. Address guest complaints and dissatisfaction, ensuring prompt resolution.
3. Oversee the reception and recording of found items by floor supervisors.
4. Manage special guest requests and ensure they are fulfilled efficiently.
5. Ensure all guest-specific requests at the time of reservation are accommodated.
6. Participate in the recruitment and training of housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
7. Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
8. Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service quality.
9. Assist in the preparation of annual service budgets and manage departmental invoices.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
2. Proven ability to manage and lead a diverse team.
3. Strong understanding of housekeeping operations and standards.
