1. Oversee housekeeping staff, including floor supervisors and laundry team.
2. Address guest conflicts and dissatisfaction.
3. Manage lost and found items and exceptional guest requests.
4. Ensure guest-specific requests are met from reservation to stay.
5. Participate in recruitment and training of housekeeping staff.
6. Develop and enforce hygiene, safety, and work procedure standards.
7. Create and manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with regulations.
8. Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to establishment standards.
9. Participate in budget preparation and manage service invoices.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
3. Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
