- Welcome and inform guests with elegance and precision, highlighting the hotel's services such as restaurants, spa, and beach experiences.
- Supervise the daily organization of the reception team, distribute tasks, and ensure rigorous task follow-up.
- Lead and support the reception ambassadors, fostering their development and ensuring adherence to Cheval Blanc and LQA standards.
- Participate in the creation of schedules and service sheets, optimize resources, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Address and resolve guest complaints in coordination with department heads, ensuring swift and effective corrective actions.
- Propose new processes, services, and initiatives to enhance guest experience and team performance.
- Lead the reception team by embodying the values of the Maison: rigor, kindness, attention, and professionalism.
- Motivate and develop talents, fostering team cohesion and ambassador engagement.
- Evaluate individual and collective performances, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans.
- Participate in the recruitment, integration, and support of new team members.
- Perform administrative tasks according to SOPs: schedules, requisitions, inventories, and updating internal procedures.
- Create reports and tracking tables to optimize team organization and performance monitoring.
- Maintain compliance and accuracy of information in management systems.
- Proven experience in a similar role for at least 3 years.
- Higher education degree (BAC +4/5) in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in a third language is appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese).
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud and 7Rooms is appreciated.
- Familiarity with Leading Quality Assurance standards is appreciated.
Minimum 5 years
Higher education degree (BAC +4/5) in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
Housing allowance of €450 gross, performance-based bonus (conditions apply).
