Cheval Blanc Front Office Manager

- Oversee and manage all Front Office operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Front Office team to achieve high performance and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with local government regulations for guest registration and other legal requirements.
- Implement and maintain Front Office services according to established protocols and standards.
- Conduct regular room inspections and collaborate with housekeeping to maintain quality standards.
- Promote cross-training within the division to optimize resource utilization.
- Manage special projects and assignments within the Front Office, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance team performance and service delivery.
- Demonstrate flexibility by assuming additional duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hotel environment, with pre-opening experience preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Opera and Material Control.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Minimum of 5 years in a hotel environment, with pre-opening experience being advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
The position offers a service charge, accommodation for expatriates, meal coverage at the staff restaurant, and uniforms provided and laundered.
