- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, embodying the CB Attitude and Core Values.
- Operate the switchboard and PBX systems with precision and discretion.
- Ensure all calls are answered within three rings and routed accurately.
- Connect guests to their desired villas, Majordomes, Ambassadeurs, or departments seamlessly.
- Manage guest enquiries and emergency calls with composure and accuracy.
- Support various departments as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Hotel school graduate or similar qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telephone Operator in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel or resort.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards.
- Ability to manage high call volumes with accuracy and discretion.
- Awareness of safety, emergency, and security procedures.
- Elegance, courtesy, and composure in all interactions.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telephone Operator within a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel or resort.
Hotel school graduate or similar qualification.
