- Welcome and manage guest inquiries and service requests, ensuring optimal satisfaction and revenue development.
- Oversee the operational and administrative organization of the reception services.
- Supervise the performance and time management of the Guest Relations Ambassadors.
- Advise and organize guest stays according to their requests, adhering to Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Promote and sell hotel services, including accommodations, dining, spa, and excursions.
- Anticipate guest needs, providing sincere and targeted assistance and advice.
- Ensure the quality of services related to guest requests.
- Maintain excellent guest relations with confidentiality and discretion.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information.
- Manage billing, payments, and cash fund reconciliation.
- Handle guest files daily, including classification and archiving.
- Process client invoices before forwarding to the accounting department.
- Assist with reservations and file management, especially during reservation service closures.
- Stay informed on current events and maintain a network with peers and local/external providers.
- Ensure hotel entrance and surroundings are accessible, clean, and safe, adhering to safety and hygiene procedures.
- Answer phone calls courteously according to Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Facilitate internal communication within the service and with other hotel departments.
- Manage the hotel switchboard in collaboration with the Reservations service and handle emails received on the hotel's generic address.
- Manage safes and conduct external relocations in case of overbooking according to procedures.
- Oversee baggage and vehicle flow management, following Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Ensure the organization of reception services is operational and administrative.
- Master room inventory to ensure excellent allocation matching guest expectations.
- Higher education in Hospitality Management.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.

Higher education in Hospitality Management.
