1. Participate actively in the setup and maintenance of dining areas, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
2. Assist experienced Chefs de Rang in delivering personalized and attentive service to guests.
3. Facilitate smooth communication between the kitchen and dining area to ensure timely and precise delivery of orders.
4. Engage in team briefings, training sessions, and events to cultivate a high level of professionalism.
5. Gain comprehensive understanding of luxury F&B operations to prepare for a future role as an ambassador of exceptional hospitality.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
2. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments
3. Previous experience (internship or position) in a similar setting

1. Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards
2. Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
3. Passion for gastronomy
4. Attention to precision and detail
5. Excellent service orientation and listening skills
6. Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
