1. Supervise revenue and cost controllers, providing daily task allocation support.
2. Define key control orientations and establish relevant indicators.
3. Monitor key performance indicators.
4. Develop activity dashboards on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
5. Identify risks related to cost control and implement corrective measures.
6. Identify risks related to revenue control and implement corrective measures.
7. Identify risks related to cash flow control and implement corrective measures.
8. Develop management procedures and tools.
9. Oversee internal control processes.
10. Analyze stock movements.
11. Manage cross-functional teams across various sales points.
12. Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
13. Collaborate closely with accounting department personnel.
14. Participate in specific projects as requested by the Deputy Administrative and Financial Director or General Management.
15. Report any abnormal situations concerning safety or accident risks to management.

1. Strong accounting knowledge.
2. Familiarity with the Uniform System of Accounts for the Hospitality Industry reporting standards.
3. Understanding of the luxury hospitality sector.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Micros, Materials Control, and ideally Opera.
2. Data analysis skills.
3. Competence in using spreadsheets, databases, and ERP systems.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
6. Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
7. Team spirit.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
