1. Assist in maintaining accurate supplier accounting records with precision and responsiveness.
2. Control revenue streams and perform bank reconciliations to ensure account reliability.
3. Execute reconciliation and matching of balance sheet accounts and cash receipts.
4. Actively participate in balance sheet reviews and monthly closings, adhering to the hotel's financial standards.
5. Support stock management and inventory tracking.
6. Engage in Economat service tasks, ensuring organization and supply chain efficiency.
7. Maintain the contract archive and monitor financial documents.
8. Support cross-functional financial projects and studies with analysis and organization.
9. Contribute to the development of seasonal housing facilities, ensuring precision and adherence to standards.
10. Participate in ad hoc financial department tasks, demonstrating proactivity and teamwork.

1. Higher education in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
2. Familiarity with the luxury hospitality sector is advantageous.
3. Initial experience in administration, accounting, or hospitality is a plus.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
2. Basic understanding of general and analytical accounting.
3. Ability to organize, prioritize, and process information accurately.
