Cheval Blanc Finance Intern

1. Support the Finance & Accounting team in daily financial operations and control of hotel expenditures.
2. Process and verify supplier invoices and delivery notes; ensure timely and accurate postings.
3. Control receipts and reconcile cash and revenue; verify daily and monthly turnover figures.
4. Prepare client billing and intercompany month‑end journal entries.
5. Consolidate and transmit regular financial reportings and ad hoc analyses with high accuracy.
6. Collaborate with F&B teams to produce technical sheets and calculate month‑to‑date Food Cost.
7. Participate in month‑end inventories and month‑end/closing activities to ensure completeness of accounting records.
8. Identify discrepancies, propose corrective actions and assist with control of deductions and adjustments.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management or equivalent.
2. Proven command of written and spoken English.
3. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Pack Office); familiarity with SAGE and OPERA Cloud is a plus.
4. Analytical mind, rigor, attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
5. Good written communication skills, ability to produce clear reportings and reconciliations.
6. Flexible, available and able to work collaboratively within a high‑standards hospitality environment.
