- Assist the finance team in monitoring hotel expenditures.
- Participate in the processing of invoices and delivery notes.
- Contribute to the control of cash receipts, including cash and card payments.
- Support the finance team in monitoring revenue, expenses, and gratuities.
- Assist in the verification of deductions and corrections.
- Dispatch financial reports to department heads, including daily revenue and weekly F&B dashboards.
- Track expenses related to various contracts.
- Identify and record client transfers and process travel agent commissions.
- Participate in client billing processes for accommodation, events, and F&B.
- Prepare intercompany journal entries for month-end.
- Create technical sheets in collaboration with department heads.
- Establish month-to-date food cost reports.
- Participate in month-end inventories using Materials Control software.
- Contribute to monthly financial closings.
- Enrolled in a business school, accounting, administration, or hotel management program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SAGE and OPERA is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Versatility and analytical mindset.
- Strong writing skills.

- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented with adaptability and flexibility.
- Exemplary conduct and a keen interest in luxury hospitality.
No prior experience required; ideal for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, accounting, or hotel management.
